Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can get to know each other before committing to therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
I'm currently private pay only. I can provide you with a superbill (receipt) to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What are your rates?
Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes) are $175. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards. I ask all clients to keep a card on file to simplify the billing process.
What's your cancellation policy?
I require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Do you offer Online sessions/Teletherapy?
I offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions through Simple Practice. You will receive an email with a link prior session to access our scheduled time. Please be aware that you must be physically located in New York during sessions.
